I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF I CHOSE TO CANCEL MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT AFTER THIS INITIAL SIGN-UP, ANY REFUND DUE TO ME WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE TOGETHER WITH ANY VENDOR/CONTRACTOR CANCELLATION CHARGES INCURRED BY PSC ON MY BEHALF. MOREOVER, IF I CANCEL THE EVENT AND MY POSITION IS NOT FILLED, ALL MONIES PAID MAY NOT BE REFUNDED, SUBJECT TO THE CLUB'S ABILITY TO RECOVER SAID FUNDS. IF I CANCEL AND THE POSITION IS FILLED, MY PAYMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED, LESS ANY ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND CHANGE FEES IMPOSED BY THE VENDOR. I UNDERSTAND CANCELLATION BY A PARTICIPANT SHOULD BE DONE IN WRITING. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOLLOWING THE EVENT.
CANCELLATION OF THE TRIP BY PSC MAY RESULT IN VENDOR-IMPOSED CANCELLATION FEES BEING PASSED ON TO ME WITH THE REMAINDER OF THE PAYMENT REFUNDED.
